| MARIAN SPORTS GOODS SHOP (Centro Comercial Santa Ponsa) Following a complaint from one of our readers you are recommended NOT to use this shop .. and the reason why not? The person concerened wanted to purchase a Real Mallorca soccer kit, comprising shirt, shorts and socks, for a 6 year old. It was on sale for 55 euros, but had no socks. The assistant offered a pair of socks for a 2 year old instead. Too small .. so they offered a pair for aged 12 ... way too big. They asked could they have the set for 50 euros without the socks (which retailed independently at 9,50 a pair) ... but there was an adamant NO and was told by the manager that they didn't come with socks, only shirts and shorts. Wrong he was told because the other outfits were complete with socks and when our client went over to get a set to show him that he was wrong ... the socks had mysteriously been removed from all the other kits. If this is how they want to treat customers than we would recommend you do not give this shop your custom. |
